Is she a scammer??

Well,the story started with this
I found out baby chuckie jane
and got to know that she's selling contact lenses
so, I left comments for her
if I can get my pink colour contact lenses before CNY
but she said that she only will open pre-order after CNY

But,this girl called Fiona Ng left comment there
saying she has pink colour lenses
and can reach to me before CNY
the price is slightly cheaper than baby chuckei
so I share this 'good news' to sooyee
who also interested to buy pink colour contact lenses
and can get them before CNY

so after message in FB
Fiona told me to wait while she checked is my power available
(but when she left the comments in baby chuckei's profile,
she told me that my power is available)

fine,I waited for her sms for reply
but I've waited so long and AFTER CNY,
she message in FB saying that the lenses are arrived
and asked me to send her my address
and bank in to her.
I did what she told
and guess what??

I'VE RECEIVED NOTHING UNTIL NOW
and
SHE NEVER REPLY MY SMS OR FB MESSAGES

so,
what can I do??
